MADIRAN PASSION

A passion Our councils
Welcome on the site of impassioned of Madiran.

You will find all documentation wished on this high-class wine. And like the wine neither border has, nor enemy, this site will open also gradually with the wine in general!

GO ON THE SITE OF VIELLA!!

Very rich in tanins, Madiran is a vigorous and constructed, hard wine red in its youth. After an ageing, its tanins is softened and it develops flavours of a large smoothness, where the odors are interfered toast and with spices and thus is involved in wonder with the regional dishes! This wine accompanies very quite various products by Bigorre and Gers: crystallized, farm lamb, boletus, beans tarbais or cheeses.

And it is often of an excellent quality-price ratio, such as for example the Castle of Viella Tradition to 5¬!
